What You'll Do:As a Technical Lead, you will collaborate with a team of architects to define, lead, and implement 'organizations' for the cloud solution. You will play a critical role in mapping users to service objects and associated entitlements, while integrating seamlessly with other parts of the platform. Leading a new R&D team, you will provide technical coaching and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will also work closely with supporting R&D functions to groom requirements, advocate for continuous test maturation, and ensure alignment with the platform's technical visions. Building strong relationships within the organization and championing core technical principles will be essential to your success.

Technology Stack:You will work with a suite of contemporary technologies commonly used in large native cloud development, including but not limited to:

  • AHA
  • AWS, Azure, GCP integrating technologies and tools
  • GitHub
  • Jira
  • Golang, Python, Linux scripting
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker Swarm
  • Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet
  • Analytics tools
  • AI/ML suites

What You'll Need:

  • M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud-native development.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a software developer.
  • Excellent system thinking skills and the ability to consistently harness targeted value from your team.
  • Prior experience with CI/CD and open-source cloud development tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Willingness to collaborate with teams across different time zones.

Salary: €90,000.00-€120,000.00 per year
